Mojoyin Akintola Ayanyemi is a performance driven Counselling Psychologist with experience in human and industrial psychology. Her background degree in Geography and Planning Science and then Masters in Education in counselling Psychology has seen her through over 8years career in Human and Business management, with Cypress Olive and currently with Olawoyin Awosika School of Innovative Studies as the E-learning Project Coordinator.
IGIEHON ABIDEMI SUSAN finished from Lagos state University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and also has a certificate in strategy management.
As worked in Light level Ltd as a credit control officer, in Tadeo Tech Nig Ltd as a sales representative.
She is experienced and dynamic Business Administrator, seeking to bring core competence in setting up distribution network, book keeping, financial Record. Highly skilled in financial management, operational and strategic planning. Have a track record of growth, improved profitability and sustained competitive advantage.
Mrs Oyinkansola Adeleke a native of Oyo state , had her first degree in Banking and Finance from the Federal Polythenic Ede , Osun State and proceeded to university of Port Harcourt for a post graduate diploma in International Affairs.
She is also a certified member of Nigeria Institute of management. She started her career with Sellyfak Energy limited in Port Harcourt as a Personnel /Administrative Officer. She also worked with David Abion Consulting as an International Student counsellor. She currently works with OASIS.
Abosede is a Professional Engineer with experience in Administration, Customer Services, Marketing and Sales. She is the Principal Partner of Aloeda Ventures an Engineering company that designs and install an alternative Power supply (Solar & Wind); Employee – OASIS Business Development Centre. Prior to her current work, she was the Business Service Manager of Interprods Limited. She is passionate about processes and organisation development.
Mr. Adegoke Omotola is the CEO of 1st Degree Consulting a company that is primarily engaged in management consulting.
He speaks regularly on Sales, Marketing, Leadership, Business Etiquette and Customer Retention amongst others.
Adegoke was a former banker, having worked with UBA Plc and Fidelity Bank Plc. He is the author of the book titled Customer Retention “An Experiential Approach” published in May 2009 and Practical Selling Skills published in May 2013.
Adegoke is a graduate of Finance from the University of Lagos in 1992 and bagged a Masters Degree in Property Valuation and Law from the prestigious City University Business School, London in 1997. In addition he has an MBA (Management) awarded by the University of Lagos in 2000. He is a Certified Customer Service Trainer from the Service Quality Institute, Minnesota, USA in 2011.

‘Seun Ogunyemi is a Pharmacist by profession and got his trianing from the University of Benin, and obtained his MBA in marketing from OAU Ile - Ife.
He has worked as a marketing and sales personnel in the pharmaceutical sector for almost 12 years, with companies like Greenlife pharmaceuticals, UAC of Nigeria Plc and Swiss Pharma Nig. Ltd. With the last 7 years in the managerial level as a brand manager and business development manager.
He is a member of the pharmaceutical society of Nigeria, and Fellow of international bodies such as; Leadership for Environment and Development (LEAD, UK) and West African Post-graduate college of Pharmacists (WACPC).
Elizabeth is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of KITBENJ LIMITED a leading Innovation and Sustainability Solutions Company; Consultant-OASIS Business Development Centre. Prior to current work, She was the Executive Director of FATE Foundation.
Oluseye was involved in some of the most high profile legal transactions in Nigeria; he was deeply involved in the Central Bank of Nigeria led banking consolidation exercise, where he participated in a series of Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring transactions, he also designed training modules and managed due diligence teams, he also designed risk analysis tools for due diligence reports and managed the merger acquisition transactions processes. He’s experience also covers capital markets, company secretarial and small and medium scale enterprise development.
Over the years, Oluseye has built up a strong knowledge base and experience in the financial sector, conglomerates and small and medium enterprises.
He is a proud member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the information Systems Audit & Control Association, Project Management College, a consultant to the World Bank and a volunteer facilitator at FATE Foundation and Other Developmental Institutions.

PROFESSOR ABIOLA LANRE AWOSIKA-FAPETU
Born into the illustrious Awosika family. Educated in Nigeria, UK and the United States, Professor Awosika is Rector/Founding CEO of Olawoyin Awosika School of Innovative Studies (OASIS) which is both an Innovative Enterprise Institution offering ONDs, and an educational technology provider; A Professor of Business (Finance and Economics), a former Vice President and Dean of Academics and former Special Assistant to the President for Assessment and Strategic Planning at Montreat College in North Carolina. Her positions allowed her to work with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, which is perhaps the toughest accrediting agency in North America.
She brings to the table an intrinsic knowledge of what it means to work in a high pressured environment and the challenges faced in day-to-day management across different spheres. Abby’s cross-cultural working experience has taken her to the USA, the UK, China, South Korea, Europe, East Africa, South Africa, UAE, and Nigeria to name a few. Abiola’s career in Education, Business and Management, gives her a deep knowledge of what it takes to help professionals learn and apply learning to businesses and other institutions. Two of her books – Business Made Easy and Business and Career Planning are used by some American schools and businesses.
Prof is obviously an academic, and a higher education administrator. She is versed in the online and brick and mortar educational processes (Teaching, Learning, Accreditation, Quality Assurance, etc). She has over 25 years’ experience in this field with connections in and outside the country which gives her access to quality resource people. She is a good manager of people and a leader. She has spent the last seven years working in the education industry in Nigeria. She is not new to the issues and concerns of the people of Nigeria especially when it comes to Education. She is a regular commentator and expert voice on Channels TV and LTV, Guardian, Punch and Sun newspapers on current affairs, economics, and education. She has worked with several groups of Nigerian education reformers who are passionate about the condition of education in Nigeria, including the NESG, Education Reform Team and the Education Hub. These are world class resource people to which she has access.
Professor Abby, as her students fondly refer to her has almost three decades of teaching experience at tertiary level under her belt. She has a vast experience in designing online and Hybrid courses for numerous platforms including Blackboard, Moodle, D2L and of course VigiLearn which she helped to design and develop. She has been teaching and designing courses in the ODL environment since 1997. She continues to design and teach online courses for Liberty University, Lynchburg Virginia, USA, and of course her own school OASIS in Nigeria.
Professor Awosika has been working with some of Nigeria’s leading universities including Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and Babcock University, Ilisan-Remo, to train and design courses for their ODL programmes. She has trained hundreds of Nigerian lecturers, administrators and multimedia/ICT staff on the philosophy and techniques of eLearning, across these universities including NOUN.
